Hi there! I'm Brooke, a licensed mental health counselor committed to the principles of Health at Every Size (HAES). I work with adults, families, and adolescents, providing support for a variety of challenges. My expertise lies in helping individuals navigate and manage  Eating Disorders, Attention Deficit Disorder (ADHD), Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), trauma, anxiety, social and relationship issues, and life transitions.

Outside of my work, I enjoy spending time with my two cats, Cat and Toe, and browsing through local thrift stores in search of hidden gems. I look forward to meeting you!
